Terms of Service

Brovo is an online website builder. You can design websites with templates and AI, preview them, download the code, or deploy them to hosting providers such as Netlify, Vercel or GitHub. Building and previewing drafts is free; deploying a site needs a one-time Publish Pass for that site.

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can sign in with Google or with email and password, and you can turn on two-step verification in your profile.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud, abuse or to break these terms.

Publish Pass: a one-time payment that unlocks deploying one website, including redeploys and updates to that same site. It does not include a domain name, and it is not transferable to another site.

AI credits: used each time you ask AI to write or redesign something. Credits you buy do not expire. Free credits and the credits that come with a Publish Pass are one-time grants. A credit is returned automatically if an AI request fails.

Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay and may change for future purchases. Card payments are processed by Stripe; manual payments (for example EasyPaisa or UPI) are approved by us after we verify them.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You own the text, images and other content you put into your website. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service for you, and to send the business details and text you ask AI to work with to our AI providers so they can write the result.

You promise that you have the rights to what you upload and that your site does not break the law or anyone else’s rights.

You may not use Brovo to publish illegal, deceptive, hateful, infringing or harmful content, to run scams or phishing pages, to send spam, or to attack, overload or probe our systems. We may remove content or disable a site that breaks these rules. Anyone can report a website built with Brovo from our report page.

Deploying connects Brovo to services you choose (Netlify, Vercel, GitHub, your domain or DNS provider, Stripe). Their own terms apply to those services, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

The Brovo platform, templates, designs and software belong to us or our licensors. Using the service does not give you ownership of them; you may use the templates to build your own websites.

We work to keep Brovo running but it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-written text can contain mistakes, so please review it before you publish.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost data.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Brovo means you accept the changes. You can stop using Brovo and ask us to delete your account at any time.
