My payment went through but nothing unlocked.: Card payments unlock within a minute. If it hasn't, refresh once, then email us your account email and the payment reference. Manual payments (EasyPaisa / UPI) are approved within 24 hours.
My deploy failed or my site shows an old version.: Redeploy from the Deploy menu and choose to update the existing site. Hard-refresh (Ctrl+F5) afterwards.
My custom domain doesn't work.: Open Domains for your site and copy the DNS records exactly as shown. DNS can take from a few minutes up to a few hours. Subdomains (like www) need a CNAME, the root domain needs A/ALIAS records.
AI didn't answer or an AI credit was used.: If an AI request fails the credit is returned automatically. Try again in a minute; very long requests can time out.
